Our Processing Service for Show Organisers
Our processing service will provide you with the following for your show, regardless of which package you choose:
- Class paperwork:
- Scribe Tickets
- Call Sheets
- Score Sheets
- Result Sheets
- Graded classes are all printed on different coloured paper per grade (including scribe tickets, score sheets and result sheets)
- Master lists:
- Competitors (including competitor's name, dog's name, ring number, entry form number and classes entered)
- Dogs (including KC Name and number, plus reference to entry form)
- Competitors and dogs by ring number
- Competitors contact details (this is in the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your show and provides a quick reference to your entrants phone number(s) and email address if provided by them)
- Entry forms filed in lever arch files
- All class paperwork is sorted into a plastic wallet and labelled per class
As well as the usual paperwork required to run your show (as detailed above), we will also provide you with login details to be able to view your entry totals as and when required (regardless of if the entries are postal or made online). The final numbers will then also be emailed to you in a spreadsheet once all entries are input.
Further show information and lists will be provided if you choose either of the services for recording camping and/or helpers.
Payment Audit
If we are accepting your entries either by paper or through our online system, you will be provided with a complete audit trail after close of entries for your accounts.
Packages and Additional Options
Standard
All entries to the show secretary for them to check, chase/correct errors and bank cheques. The entry forms are then forwarded to Simply Canine after the closing date (or preferably in batches during receipt of entries) for inputting.
Executive
All entries to Simply Canine for us to check and chase/correct errors (banking payments is a separate service – see below).
Deluxe
As Executive package plus all scores recorded and uploaded to our website (live on our website for 12 months).
Online Entries
All of our packages can be combined with accepting entries made online through our entry system. All online entries will be printed out as entry forms for your records after the close of entries.
Championship Classes
We provide all the paperwork required for all 3 sections of each championship class (agility, jumping and final rounds), plus catalogues sent out to each competitor listing all details as required by the Kennel Club.
Graded Classes
As stated above all graded classes are printed out on different coloured paper per grade (unless a grade is split out and running orders processed separately to the original grades in the schedule) at no extra cost. We can either process the running orders randomly per grade in order by grade as specified by you or as a whole class.
The usual package cost includes this service without collating the different coloured scribe tickets. However, we can collate the coloured scribe tickets for an additional cost if required.
Posting Out
There are 3 options for show organisers to post out running orders:
- You request SAE's from your competitors and we return all running orders and any other printed paperwork as required for you to post.
- We print out and return all running orders and any other printed paperwork as required including the envelopes for you to stuff and post.
- We stuff and post running orders.
Please note that if we are stuffing and posting running orders, we will only print envelopes and will not accept SAE's.
Camping
If you are providing camping at your show, we can record your camping entry details and will provide you with a master list in excel sorted by booking name and group name (if applicable) at the close of entries.
If required, we will then print the camping booking information onto the bottom of ring cards or onto separate camping passes.
If you are allocating spaces to your competitors before arrival then all you need to do is email the information back to us and we will print out those details.
Helpers
If you are requesting help from competitors for your show, we can record the helpers details (including jobs, times, days, ring party name, preferred judges etc) as required and will provide you with a master list in excel, split out by day and ordered by the helper's name detailing all jobs and times offered for you to plan your ring help.
If required, we can then print out helper slips to send out with running orders detailing who, where and when and all you need to do is email the details back to us.
Other Paperwork
We will print (and post out if applicable) your ring plans and information sheets based on you providing the information in digital format. This information can be on one-sided A5 or one or two-sided A4 paper as required.
Qualifier Results Service
If you are holding any qualifier classes we can complete the required information for handlers and dogs that qualify at your show (or become reserves). This includes us receiving all your result sheets (for all classes, either copies or the originals) and then completing the results as required to send off to the organiser or each qualifier within 10 days of your show.
